    Tradies Now terms

    Tradies Now and your membership

Tradies Now is operated by Ezy Flow AI Pty Ltd (ABN 74 698 854 447). It is an online introduction and technology service for Australian homeowners and trade businesses.

    What does membership provide?

Membership gives your business a place to present its services, manage a Tradies Now profile and receive homeowner enquiries when the profile and visibility requirements are complete.

    Who operates the platform?

Ezy Flow AI Pty Ltd operates the Tradies Now website, directory, member tools and related services. In this guide, Tradies Now, we, us and our refer to that operator.

Does Tradies Now perform the work?

Tradies Now does not perform, supervise or contract to provide trade work. It is not a party to a homeowner-tradie work agreement unless it expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

    The connection service

Membership provides a place to present your business and receive enquiries. It does not promise views, leads, jobs or commercial outcomes.

    02

    Tradies Now terms

    Accounts, age and authority

Use a real account, keep its details current and make sure you are authorised to act for the business you represent.

    Who can use an account?

You must be at least 18 years old. If you use Tradies Now for a business, you confirm that you have authority to act for that business. Do not create or use an account for another person or business without that authority.

What information and security rules apply?

Provide accurate, current and complete account and business information, keep login details secure and update contact details promptly. You are responsible for activity through your account unless it results from our breach of law or failure to use reasonable care.

    What if access seems unauthorised?

Tell hello@tradiesnow.com promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may reasonably ask for information to verify identity, business details, licences or authority to use an account.

    Keep access current

Use contact details you monitor so billing notices, member messages and security questions reach the right person.

    03

    Tradies Now terms

    Your tradie responsibilities

Your business remains responsible for the work it offers, the people it sends and the information it gives to homeowners.

    What must my business hold?

You are solely responsible for ensuring your business and workers hold all licences, registrations, qualifications, permits and insurance required for the work offered. Information supplied through the platform must be accurate and not misleading.

    What does my business handle?

You handle quotations, scope, pricing, contracts, workmanship, safety, employees and subcontractors, tax, invoicing, warranties, rectification and compliance with every law that applies to work you accept.

    What claims must be true?

Do not misrepresent your experience, licence or insurance status, availability, location, pricing or reviews. Keep your profile and homeowner dealings consistent with the work you can lawfully and safely provide.

    Your business remains responsible

A Tradies Now profile or search position does not make Ezy Flow AI responsible for your work, workers, advice, quotes or legal compliance.

    04

    Tradies Now terms

    Profile information and public visibility

Your profile can become public automatically when the membership, profile, coverage and self-declared licensing and insurance conditions are complete.

    What information can I manage?

Your private profile form covers the business and service information used to create a listing.

    • Registered business name and 11-digit ABN
    • Contact name, phone and email for private member records
    • Trade categories, service areas, website, description and logo
    • Up to 6 work photos
    • Your answer about whether the business is a registered NDIS provider

When can homeowners see my profile?

Public visibility requires an active or trial membership, complete profile details, paid postcode coverage and the self-declared licensing and insurance condition. If any requirement is missing, the profile stays private until the requirement is complete.

What is public and what stays private?

An eligible profile can show the following business information.

    • Registered business name, full ABN, logo and showcase photos
    • Trades, service areas, website, description and NDIS provider answer
    • Clearly labelled self-declared licensed-and-insured status
    • Contact name, phone, email, verification material and sensitive identity material stay private

    Important boundary

Tradies Now does not independently guarantee a tradie’s licensing, insurance, workmanship or suitability. The public profile labels licensing and insurance information as self-declared.

    05

    Tradies Now terms

    Content, acceptable use and privacy

Your listing should help homeowners make an informed first contact while respecting other people’s rights and personal information.

What rights do I give over submitted content?

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format and display it only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and promote the platform and your listing. The licence ends when content is deleted, subject to reasonable backup, legal and record-keeping requirements.

    What conduct is prohibited?

Do not use the platform unlawfully, fraudulently or deceptively; harass or threaten another person; upload harmful code; scrape or disrupt the platform; evade fees or account restrictions; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; publish false reviews; or submit defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, materially misleading, unsafe or unlawful content. Keep government ID numbers, passport numbers, licence numbers and other sensitive identity material out of public profile text and uploads.

How are content and personal information handled?

You warrant that you have the rights needed to submit content. We may moderate, remove or restrict content where reasonably necessary, but we do not pre-screen every item. Use personal information received from another user only for the genuine purpose for which it was provided and as permitted by law.

    Publish with care

Only share content you have the right to use, and keep homeowner information tied to the genuine enquiry or work purpose for which it was provided.

    06

    Tradies Now terms

    Homeowner enquiries and work agreements

A published profile gives homeowners a way to send job details to your business. The conversation and the work that follows remain between you and the homeowner.

    How do enquiries arrive?

A homeowner can send an enquiry from your published profile. The request is saved in your private member portal and sent to the business email connected to your profile.

Who handles the quote and job?

You and the homeowner decide whether to respond, what services and prices to offer, and what terms apply. You handle the quote, contract, permits, safety, payment, workmanship and any follow-up or rectification directly with the homeowner.

    Are leads guaranteed?

We do not guarantee any minimum number, quality, suitability, exclusivity or conversion rate of leads, bookings, jobs or outcomes. Enquiries may be incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, withdrawn or sent to more than one tradie.

    Direct dealings

Tradies Now is the introduction service. It does not control the homeowner’s instructions or become a party to your separate work agreement.

    07

    Tradies Now terms

    Reviews and complaints

Reviews must represent genuine experiences, and the existing owner approval step controls when a review appears on a public tradie profile.

    What makes a review acceptable?

Reviews should reflect a genuine experience and must not be purchased, fabricated or manipulated. We may request supporting information and may remove or restrict content where we reasonably believe it breaches these terms or the law.

    How does owner approval work?

Anyone may submit a review about a tradie. It is kept private first and cannot appear on the public profile until the owning tradie approves it from the private member area. Approval is the publication step and is separate from automatic profile visibility.

    Where do complaints go?

Platform complaints may be sent to hello@tradiesnow.com. Complaints about trade work should ordinarily be raised with the relevant tradie first. We may help users communicate, but we are not obliged to decide disputes between them.

    Review boundary

A submitted review does not publish automatically. The owning tradie’s approval remains required before it appears publicly.

    08

    Tradies Now terms

    Membership fees, trial and cancellation

Membership starts with a free trial and then uses recurring weekly billing unless you cancel through the member billing flow.

    What happens after signup?

Eligible tradies receive a 14-day free trial, with payment details collected at signup. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the membership automatically renews at $20 AUD per week using the nominated payment method. Only one trial is available per person or business unless we state otherwise.

Are there fixed terms or extra taxes?

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. There is no fixed minimum term or lock-in contract. Additional postcode coverage units have their own recurring weekly charge as explained below.

    When does cancellation take effect?

You may cancel at any time through the member billing flow or by emailing hello@tradiesnow.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current weekly billing cycle, and access continues until then. No further weekly charge is made after cancellation takes effect, and no undisclosed cancellation penalty applies.

    Are fees refundable?

Except where required by law, fees already paid are not refundable merely because you change your mind or do not use the platform. Any remedy required by the Australian Consumer Law remains available.

    Before you start

Check the price, trial timing and payment details shown at signup. Keep billing details current if you want the membership and eligible profile to remain active.

    09

    Tradies Now terms

    Failed payments and profile protection

Payment issues and voluntary cancellation are handled differently. The payment protection flow keeps private records while protecting the public directory from overdue listings.

What happens when a payment fails?

We or the payment provider may retry a failed payment and give reasonable notice to update the payment method. We may restrict paid features if an undisputed amount remains unpaid after that notice. We will not charge an undisclosed cancellation penalty.

What happens to my public listing?

Any ordinary membership or postcode coverage subscription in a payment-issue state makes the linked public listing private immediately. The private profile and billing history are retained, and the member area shows the payment state and recovery information.

What happens after the recovery period?

You have 14 calendar days to bring the payment up to date. If it remains overdue, the listing is archived for overdue payment without deleting private records. A current payment can restore the listing automatically only when the existing profile, self-declared licensing and insurance, and paid coverage requirements are satisfied. Voluntary cancellation is not treated as a failed payment.

    Payment protection

The listing can be hidden immediately for a payment issue, while the private profile remains available for recovery. Archive follows only after the 14-day recovery period.

    Tradies Now terms

    Availability and third-party services

We aim to operate Tradies Now with reasonable care and skill, while recognising that online services and payment providers can be affected by events outside the platform.

Will the platform always be available?

We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, security events, telecommunications failures and third-party services may affect access or particular features.

    What about payment services?

The platform may link to or use third-party services, including payment services. Their separate terms may apply. We remain responsible for obligations the law imposes on us, including our own misleading conduct and any non-excludable guarantee.

Can a third party affect my membership?

Payment processing, notices and account actions may depend on third-party systems. Keep your payment and contact details current, and use the member billing flow when a payment provider asks you to update them.

    Practical expectation

The service is designed to be available for normal use, but no online platform can promise uninterrupted access in every situation.

    11

    Tradies Now terms

    Responsibility and Australian Consumer Law

These terms describe a connection service and preserve rights that cannot lawfully be removed under Australian law.

Who is responsible for user dealings?

Each party is responsible for loss to the extent it was caused by that party’s breach, negligence, unlawful conduct or wilful misconduct. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, advice, quotations, contracts or work of independent users merely because they met through the platform. A tradie is not our employee, partner, agent or subcontractor.

What rights remain under Australian Consumer Law?

Nothing in this guide excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

How does the responsibility wording work?

Where the Australian Consumer Law permits it for services not ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use, liability for a failure to meet a consumer guarantee may, at our option, be limited to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again. Subject to law, indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity or data loss that was not reasonably foreseeable may be excluded. Nothing excludes fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other non-excludable liability. These terms do not state a fixed liability cap.

    Responsibility and ACL

The responsibility and Australian Consumer Law wording is included alongside the rights and remedies preserved under these terms.

    12

    Tradies Now terms

    Suspension, termination and review

Access, profile visibility or communications may be restricted when there is a reasonable safety, legal, payment, security or terms concern. The process below explains the available notice, remedy and review options.

    When may access be suspended?

We may temporarily suspend or restrict an account, profile, listing, communications or platform access where we reasonably believe that:

    • these terms or an applicable policy were materially breached
    • information is false, misleading, incomplete or cannot reasonably be verified
    • conduct or content may be unlawful, fraudulent, unsafe, abusive or materially harmful
    • a properly due payment remains unpaid
    • action is needed to protect users, the platform or another person
    • action is required by law or a lawful direction
    • we need to investigate suspected misuse, a security incident or a complaint

    What notice and remedy applies?

Where reasonably practicable, we will give written notice before suspension, state the reason and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond or remedy the issue. We may act immediately where advance notice could expose a person or the platform to harm, interfere with an investigation, create a security risk or breach the law. Suspension continues only as long as reasonably necessary. For a material or repeated breach that can be remedied, we will ordinarily allow 14 days after notice to remedy it. Serious fraud, unlawful conduct, deliberate misuse, threats to safety or security, or an unremediable breach may justify immediate termination.

    What happens after termination?

After termination, the profile will cease to be publicly searchable within a reasonable period. On request made before termination or within 30 days after it, we will provide a copy of user-supplied profile content where reasonably practicable. We may retain information for legal, tax, dispute, security, fraud-prevention or backup reasons. Suspension does not extend a subscription period, and paid features or profile content may be unavailable during suspension.

    Can I request a review?

You may request review of a suspension or termination by emailing hello@tradiesnow.com within 30 days of notice and providing relevant information. We will review the decision within a reasonable time and notify you of the outcome. This does not limit legal rights or remedies.

    Suspension process

These process rules explain when restrictions may apply, what notice and remedy can look like, and how to request a review.

    13

    Tradies Now terms

Changes to these terms and the platform

Platform features and terms may need to change as the service, law, security requirements or reasonable business practices change.

    How can these terms change?

We may amend these terms where reasonably necessary to reflect changes to the platform, pricing, security requirements, applicable law or reasonable business practices. We will give reasonable advance notice of a material change by email or through the platform, explain the change and state its commencement date.

What if a change is materially detrimental?

If a material change is materially detrimental to you, you may cancel the affected paid service before it takes effect without penalty. Where appropriate, we will refund prepaid fees for the period after cancellation. Urgent legal or security changes may take effect sooner, with notice as soon as reasonably practicable.

What if a paid service is discontinued?

If we discontinue all or a material part of a paid service for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will ordinarily give at least 30 days notice and provide a pro-rata refund for any unused prepaid period where applicable.

    Advance notice

Keep your account email current so you can see material changes, paid-service notices and the date they take effect.

    Tradies Now terms

    Privacy, intellectual property and contact

The operator’s legal identity, privacy handling, platform rights, notices and governing law are set out here for clear reference.

    How is personal information handled?

We handle personal information as described in the site Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable privacy law. Personal information received from another user may be collected, used or disclosed only for the genuine purpose for which it was provided and as permitted by law. Your contact name, phone, email and verification material remain private on your public profile.

Who owns the platform and brand?

Ezy Flow AI Pty Ltd or its licensors own the Tradies Now platform, branding, software, design and content supplied by us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the platform for its intended purpose while your account remains active. This does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property.

How are notices and legal contact handled?

We may send notices to the email or other electronic contact linked to your account, or display them prominently in the platform. Notices about material changes, suspension or termination will state when the action takes effect. Keep your details current. Legal notices should be sent to hello@tradiesnow.com and addressed to Ezy Flow AI Pty Ltd at QLD 4211.

    Which law applies?

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. The parties submit to the courts of Queensland and courts entitled to hear appeals from them. This does not prevent a consumer relying on a mandatory right to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction.
